How long will I be able to use my device?
Each physician will prescribe according to their understanding of the nature and severity of the injury. Generally, usage of our products lasts 2-4 weeks.

Where do I return the device once I’ve recovered?
We’ll come to you for both delivery and pick up! And for customers in remote areas, we will pay for secure shipping via UPS.

What if my equipment stops working?
Our expert patient liaisons will guide you over the phone to get our easy-to-use equipment fully operational expediently and efficiently. In the event the equipment needs further care, our trained technicians will fix or replace the unit on site, or deliver back to our fully equipped service center. The great majority of issues can be diagnosed and resolved on site.
